Isabella Denyssenko
Isabella Denyssenko is a seasoned member of Hudson River Counseling, with over a decade of clinical experience in social work. As a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Isabella completed her masters degree in Social Work at Columbia University, which included clinical hours at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Here, she worked with a diverse group of patients dealing with anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, trauma, and substance abuse. Presently, Isabella has been providing counseling services to adolescents in the NYC Department of Education who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and loss. Her passion lies in providing exceptional support to individuals who are managing daily stressors.
Elizabeth Villegas
Elizabeth Villegas is a highly skilled bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Master Social Worker, who obtained her degree from the prestigious Fordham University. With over five years of clinical experience, Elizabeth has worked extensively with children, teenagers, and adults in outpatient mental health settings, providing exceptional individual therapy and group therapy services. Her expertise in working with diverse populations has enabled her to effectively employ evidence-based treatments such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Therapy, among others. Presently, Elizabeth is employed by the NYC Department of Education, where she provides invaluable services to at-risk youth.
Marissa Micolta
Marissa Micolta is a Master Social Worker with a minor in Sociology, whose expertise encompasses a certificate in both cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Marissa graduated with high honors from Adelphi University, where she demonstrated exceptional proficiency in her academic pursuits. Over the past three years, Marissa has been actively engaged in providing counseling services to adolescents, adults, couples, and groups, in both outpatient mental health and school settings. Her experience has equipped her with the skills to utilize various approaches such as solution-focused therapy and motivational therapy to cater to diverse client needs.
